- If I am a first-time customer, what information do I need to bring?
- I cannot groom dogs who do not have their rabies shots up to date. Please provide proof that your dog's shots are up to date. Also, please provide the name, phone number and address of your veterinarian in case of an emergency.
- Colorado Springs, Fort Carson, Security-Widefield, Falcon and some of Fountain.
- Can I bring my dog to you instead of you coming to me?
- Do you accept credit cards?
- Not at this time. We accept cash or check for payment
- Can you do just a bath and brush?
- How long will it take for you to groom my dog?
- It will depend on the service you need, what size and type dog you have, as well as the condition of your dog's coat.
- What if I have to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
- Since I only accept one dog at a time, it is necessary for you to cancel or reschedule your reservation within 24 hours. If less than a 24-hour notification is given, there will be a $25 fee.
- What days are appointments available?
- I will try to work around your schedule as much as possible. Depending on how many appointments scheduled for the week, I can schedule an appointment any day of the week, Monday thru Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- What happens if the weather is really bad?
- Although we can groom in any weather, if we determine that the roads are not safe enough to drive our mobile grooming salon to your home, we will need to reschedule.
